While crossplay between PC and Switch players will be included, only the PC side will have access to the Dungeon Master Client, which allows a single host to guide players through a module, control the world and hop into NPCs, similar to how a Dungeon Master operates in a tabletop D&D session. It sounds as if Switch players will have access to select mods created by the PC community, but not the complex customization tools used to build their own. PCs will also be able to host Xbox, Switch, and mobile using DM tools."
